Japan’s Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF), the world’s largest pension fund, has selected Impact Cubed’s ESG data and analytics to support the integration of sustainability factors into investment decision-making.
GPIF will now leverage Impact Cubed’s ESG dataset, via FactSet, which includes company- and fund-level impact metrics, Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) alignment scores, biodiversity and climate indicators, and sovereign-level ESG analytics.
FactSet is a global financial data and analytics platform that provides integrated data, software, and research solutions for investment professionals.
Impact Cubed’s data is designed to align with global reporting standards and frameworks including the SDGs, the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), and emerging biodiversity risk assessment frameworks. The company claims that its data is “quantitative, comparable across asset classes, and supports long-term portfolio risk and opportunity analysis”.
